About me

I'm Alfie-Jack and I am a physiotherapist from Brighton. I graduated from the University of Brighton in 2021 with a first class bachelors degree in physiotherapy and a level 3 qualification in Sports Massage. I have since been working within the Musculoskeletal setting for over a year, with experience in both the NHS and private sector. I have gained thorough experience both in my studies and full time work in treating sports injuries, chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries and every day posture/work related injuries. With this experience I have acquired a variety of skills and treatment modalities in the form exercise therapy, education and hands-on techniques.

As well as my experience within the healthcare system, I am an athlete myself. My interest in sport is primarily driven by football, where I am currently playing for AFC Varndeanians in the Southern Combination Premier Division. I am also a keen runner and gym goer and completed the 2023 Brighton Marathon. My passion for health and fitness compliments the primary principles and values of PROHAB in aiming to improve the quality of life of its clients whilst maintaining a holistic and patient centred approach. In some aspects this also allows me to be able to relate and sympathise with some of the physical and psychological challenges that my clients may have faced.

I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and I am HCPC registered.
